Information stored

Mahjong Night stores the host’s account email, saved event details, player names, optional guest email addresses, invitations, RSVP responses, attendance, table assignments, scores, reusable rosters and scoring history. Players do not need accounts.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide event planning, table rotation, attendance, scorekeeping, invitations, RSVP tracking, event notifications, backup and account synchronization features. Guest email addresses are used only when the host chooses to send an event message. Each RSVP link contains a private random token used to locate that guest’s invitation. Rose & Bee does not sell personal information.

Private account access

Each host can access only the event data saved to their own account. Supabase authentication and Row Level Security enforce account separation. Calendar exports, copied results and emails leave the app only when the host chooses to share or send them. Event emails are delivered through Resend.

Local and cloud copies

The app keeps a local browser copy to help preserve work and synchronizes the current record to the signed-in host’s account. Hosts may also download portable backup files.

Feedback

Feedback submissions include the signed-in account identifier, category, message and submission time so concerns can be reviewed and addressed.

Your choices

You control the player names and event information entered, exported or shared. To request deletion of account data, use the in-app feedback form.
